App privacy policy
How the Piccolo Me, SolBowl and Munchiverse apps look after your details. Last updated 19 October 2026.
Who we are
The Piccolo Me, SolBowl and Munchiverse apps are run by FABE (Food and Beverage Enterprises), the Australian family business behind those brands. When this policy says we or us, it means FABE. It covers each of those apps, the ordering pages they link to, and the rewards that come with them.
What we collect
Your account. Your name, email, mobile number, password and date of birth. We ask for your birthday so we can send you a treat on the day.
Your orders and rewards. What you order, from which store and when, plus your points, rewards and any offers you use.
Payments. Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or keep your full card number. We may keep the card type and last four digits so you can recognise a saved card.
Your location. Only if you allow it, and only to show you the stores near you. You can switch it off at any time in your phone settings and the app will still work.
Your device. Basic details such as your phone model, app version, a notification token and crash reports, so the app works properly and we can fix problems.
How we use it
To take your order and send it to the store, take payment, run your rewards and birthday treat, help you when something goes wrong, keep the apps secure and make them better. If you say yes to marketing, we will also send you offers by email, SMS or notification. You can turn those off in the app or with the unsubscribe link in any message.
Who sees it
The store you order from sees your name and order so they can make it. Many of our stores are run by franchise partners, and they use your details only for that order. Our ordering and rewards platform is run for us by Cardfree, and we also use a payment provider, hosting services and Apple and Google to deliver notifications. They only get what they need to do that job. Some of them store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We do not sell your information and we do not use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites. We will share it if the law requires us to.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. Go to Settings and choose Delete account. We delete your details or remove anything that identifies you within 30 days. Any unused points and rewards go with it. We keep records of past purchases where the law requires us to, for example for tax.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open. After you delete it, we keep only what the law says we must, such as transaction records for tax, and then we delete those too.
Keeping it safe
Your details travel over encrypted connections and only the people who need them can see them. No system is perfect, so if something ever goes wrong we will tell you and the regulator where the law requires it.
Children
The apps are not made for children. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 16 without a parent or guardian's consent. If you think a child has given us their details, let us know and we will delete them.
Access, changes and complaints
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email hello@fabe.au or call +61 466 888 590. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, tell us first. If we cannot sort it out, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and change the date at the top. For big changes we will tell you in the app first.
